Story
Get to Know Us
After a sudden accident led to the passing of our founder's grandmother, she found her whole world was turned upside down.
Her grandmother, Chao Qun, had helped to raise her throughout her childhood and was one of her best friends. While our founder navigated her feelings of grief, she witnessed the physical and mental toll the accident had taken on her loved ones—especially her surviving grandfather. She was determined to help him find normalcy and regain his footing as a caregiver. As she navigated the foreign challenges and responsibilities of caregiving, she wanted to document and share her experiences to help others overcome the difficulties she had faced. She also realized having a community made all the difference and moments of achievement felt that much more joyous. Bridge to Care was born from this small idea of community and information with hopes of inspiring major change!
